1. Aceptación
Acceptance
Al instalar o usar Vinda —una extensión de Chrome de 4HC — Four Healthcare— aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses Vinda.
By installing or using Vinda — a Chrome extension by 4HC (Four Healthcare) — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vinda.
2. El servicio
The service
Vinda agrega funciones de CRM sobre WhatsApp Web: tablero kanban, etiquetas, recordatorios e integraciones opcionales con Trello y Google Calendar. Vinda no está afiliado a, ni respaldado por, WhatsApp ni Meta.
Vinda adds CRM features on top of WhatsApp Web. Vinda is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
3. Integración con Google Calendar
Google Calendar integration
La integración con Google Calendar es opcional y requiere que conectes tu propia cuenta de Google. Vinda usa el permiso calendar.events únicamente para crear, actualizar y borrar los recordatorios que vos generás. El tratamiento de los datos de Google se rige por la Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos.
The Google Calendar integration is optional and requires connecting your own Google account. Vinda uses the calendar.events scope only to create, update and delete the reminders you generate. Handling of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Uso aceptable
Acceptable use
- Usar Vinda conforme a la ley y a los términos de los servicios sobre los que opera (incluido WhatsApp).
- No intentar vulnerar, revertir ni interferir con el funcionamiento de Vinda.
- Ser responsable de las cuentas y datos que gestionás con Vinda.
Use Vinda lawfully and in line with the terms of the underlying services (including WhatsApp). Do not attempt to breach, reverse engineer or interfere with Vinda. You are responsible for the accounts and data you manage with Vinda.
5. Suscripción
Subscription
Vinda puede ofrecerse mediante una suscripción paga. Las condiciones de precio y facturación se informan al momento de la contratación.
Vinda may be offered under a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.
6. Garantías y responsabilidad
Warranties and liability
Vinda se provee "tal cual", sin garantías de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, 4HC no será responsable por daños indirectos derivados del uso de Vinda. Nada en estos Términos limita derechos irrenunciables del consumidor.
Vinda is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4HC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Vinda. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Cambios y baja
Changes and termination
Podemos actualizar estos Términos o el servicio. Podés dejar de usar Vinda y revocar su acceso a Google en cualquier momento desde myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We may update these Terms or the service. You may stop using Vinda and revoke its Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
